Ketolab has two fulfilment models: pantry products that can be delivered across India, and fresh bakery / meal-plan products that are available only in selected Mumbai pincodes.
Pantry products
Ketolab pantry products such as atta, noodles, rice-style products, snacks, baking mixes, sweeteners and drinks are shipped across India through courier partners.
- Domestic shipping is currently free for all orders.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability.
- Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier partner. We do our best to dispatch promptly, but courier delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp where available.
Bakery and meal plans — Mumbai only
Bakery and meal-plan products are made fresh to order by our partner kitchen and are available only for approved Mumbai delivery pincodes.
Approved pincodes: 400001–400104, 400601, 400602, 400604, 400607, 400610.
- Order before 12 noon for next-day delivery, subject to kitchen capacity and product availability.
- No Monday deliveries for bakery products.
- These items are perishable and made fresh, so delivery timelines and availability may differ from pantry products.
- If your address is outside the approved pincodes, bakery and meal-plan products cannot be delivered.
Address accuracy
Please enter your complete delivery address, phone number and pincode carefully. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details may require additional coordination or charges.
Prepaid orders only
Ketolab does not currently accept Cash on Delivery orders. Payment options shown at checkout are the available payment methods for your order.
