Products and information

Ketolab sells low-carb and keto-friendly food products, including pantry items, bakery products and meal plans. Product information, ingredients, nutrition values, prices, availability and images may be updated from time to time.

We aim to keep nutrition and ingredient information accurate. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions or medical concerns, please read the product label carefully before use and consult a qualified professional where needed.

No medical advice

Information on this website is provided for general food and nutrition awareness. It is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any condition. Customers managing diabetes, metabolic conditions, pregnancy, medication use or other health concerns should consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, payment failure or other operational reasons.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and discounts may change without prior notice.

Payment

Ketolab currently accepts prepaid orders through the payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Delivery restrictions

Pantry products are available for delivery across India, subject to courier serviceability. Bakery and meal-plan products are available only in approved Mumbai delivery pincodes: 400001–400104, 400601, 400602, 400604, 400607 and 400610.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and contact details accurate and secure. Orders placed using your account or contact details are your responsibility.

Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos and product presentation, belongs to Ketolab or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ketolab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use, product availability, courier delays or use of products contrary to instructions or label information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
