Ketolab Keto Chocolate Cake Pre-Mix lets you bake a chocolate cake at home with 1.4g net carbs per 25g baked serving, high protein and high fibre.

Taste and texture
Moist, rich chocolate crumb when baked as directed.
How to use
Combine 180ml water, 60ml cream and 60ml vegetable oil in a large bowl. Add the premix and whisk until smooth with no clumps. Add 1 tbsp vinegar and mix thoroughly. Pour immediately into an oiled and floured cake mould. Optionally top with chopped walnuts. Bake at 190°C for 35–40 minutes.
