FAQs
How is a carbohydrate zero-calorie?
Erythritol is a sugar alcohol (polyol). The nutrition panel counts it at 0 kcal and 0g net carbs.
Any fillers?
No — pure erythritol, nothing else.
How is this different from the 1:4 Sweetener?
This is 100% erythritol — a straight 1:1 sugar swap. Our 1:4 Sweetener blends in sucralose so it's more concentrated — use just 1/4 the volume.
Is this suitable if I have diabetes?
Many of our customers manage blood sugar concerns and choose low-GI, low-net-carb foods like ours as part of that. We're not a medical product and can't give individual dietary advice — if you have a health condition, please check with your doctor or dietitian before making changes to your diet.
